Temperature & ETA exception playbook
Alerts are reviewed by our operations team. When a temperature reading, ETA, route, or appointment moves outside plan, we contact the carrier, confirm the facts, coordinate a recovery plan, and keep you informed.
Before-dispatch checks
Before a refrigerated load rolls, we verify the trailer is appropriate, the unit is precooled, the setpoint matches the commodity, and temperature requirements are understood by the carrier.
What you receive as the shipper
Expect useful updates at pickup, in transit, at milestones, and at delivery—plus prompt escalation when something changes. We own the follow-through and document the outcome for accountability.
