Our Story

WE STARTED CYAN BECAUSE
FOOD SHIPPERS DESERVED BETTER

For years, we watched produce spoil on loading docks. We saw protein loads rejected because a carrier “ran a little warm.” We watched dairy shippers lose six figures to temperature excursions that should have been caught in the first 20 minutes.

The problem wasn’t that good carriers didn’t exist. The problem was that most brokers treated refrigerated freight like regular truckload — same carriers, same processes, same lack of visibility. They moved boxes. They didn’t protect perishables.

So we built a company that does the opposite.
